This training is mandatory for childcare providers on the Choices for Children Child Care Food Program in order to continue their participation.
The training will be available online May 1, 2019 through August 31, 2019.
Certificates of Completion will be issued when you pass the Final Quiz.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Carefully read the 2019 Child Care Food Program Annual Nutrition Training Packet. It may be helpful to print the packet in order to read all of the material.
- Take the 2019 Child Care Food Program Quiz. (30 questions).
Enter ccfp2019 as the password.
You must receive 80% to pass and can take the quiz as many times as you need to pass. When you pass you will receive an email with your Certificate of Completion.
3. Print the Certificate of Completion and mail or email it to our office no later than August 31, 2019.
